Does this mean they're conspiring trying to convert me?

OK so I'm an atheist and I have all Christian and Catholic friends. I'm the only atheist so they don't accept me as a non-believer. So my most favorite things are stories especially interesting stories so a few weeks ago one of my friends started telling me stories about Jesus and god which makes me curious since he won't tell me what happens after each thing and so I would keep getting frustrated not knowing so when I would ask him he would say come with me to church and then I'll tell you and so I would go and he would tell me more afterwards. And I just realized that he has been trying to convert me but I want at least a second opinion since I don't want to believe that my friends are still trying to convert me after all this time!
