Will i be able to get a hardship license in texas?

I live in texas and i want to apply for my hardship license because i am very young for my grade i was wondering if you have to have completed drivers ed including drive times to get it and if i would be able to get it if i am an employee in my moms buisness and both my parents travels weeks to months at a time.
