Is my sister ill(need advice)?

Hi guys. I have a 19 year old sister and i am worried about her. Yesterday i went to her house to visit her and she was behaving erratically.She was jumping about the floor and screamed in terror "Ahhhh im going to burn to death".Then she was saying that everyone was against her and conspiring to kill her.Is she ill?What should i do?
