How do you press charges for perjury when the DA won't cooperate?

If the ADA doesn't think there is proof enough or a value to the jurisdiction enough to charge him with perjury, there isn't much you can do about that. But if you can prove he lied and it caused you harm and financial loss, you can sue him in civil court.
