2 Friends robbed my cash box and took my newly purchased car ($4,000).?

2 friends conspired to rip me off: (M) drove new car home I pd for but kept the title & license to flip the car for himself once he had a buyer. (M) gave my car to (T) without talking to me while coordinating with (T) to steal the $1,200 left in my cash box at home while (M) was with me to negotiate the price because I don't speak Spanish but they both do. They were on their cell phones all the way home. He stayed at my place (not now). (M) took the car to (T) early the next morning while telling me he was going to work. The cash box at home was emptied (T) while I was conducting the sales transactions with (M). A police report was filed the next day but officers failed to take fingerprints of the cash box from which the money was taken. How do I get my money back without putting my "friends" in jail? I want my money: (T) owes me $3,200; (M) owes me $800. Money is more important than retribution as I live on SSDI, a woman over 60 who is disabled and was trying to buy a house. Without the money I cannot buy the house which is being processed, nor pay my electric or phone bill, my quarterly RE dues or, buy my daughter a birthday present all due this week and next week, nor will I be able join the RE Investors Group to make my money start working for me instead for working for the money. Any thoughts on how I can get my money back?
