Wouldn't the GOP be better off if they did not enthrone the Corporate legions?

Both sides are guilty of it. Democrats answer to unions and the poor and to lesser extent businesses. Conservatives like big business because they make the most money. It is a quid pro qo situation. All these groups of people and organizations hold a big clout in politics. It's just lobbying.
