Reoccurring nightmare about baby killing mother?

My wife is currently pregnant and ever since we found out, I've been having very disturbing dreams about the baby forcing it's way out through my wife's stomach. Lots of blood, and screaming from my wife, and the baby is grinning when it gets out. The dreams aren't always the same, but for the most part it consists of the baby conspiring against my wife and 99% of the time she dies in some bizarre way. Someone give me some sort of insight, and none of that "Change is coming your way" horse ****. This is disturbing me and I want it to stop.
