Having a little bit of trouble with Highschool.?

Throughout my high school years I have broken many hearts, And at this point it seems like the girls will not acknowledge me anymore, well some do but I am not interested whatsoever. And I was just curious on why this is, what are they just all conspiring against me lol, like relax haha.
