Did Obama cause the tornado that killed people in Joplin, Missouri?

The liberals and democrats all accused President Bush of conspiring to kill people on 9/11 and then kill more people during Hurricane Katrina....so did Obama cause the EF-5 Tornado that killed all those people in Joplin, MO...just as he had caused the Gulf Oil Spill in Mississippi and Louisiana, that killed oil rig workers and poisoned innocent people who ate sea-food, and killed innocent children that played in the beaches nearby? People have a right to know about this.
